φ16-32mm PERT underfloor heating pipe production line. High performance single screw extruder is used in PERT pipe production line. Its barrier screw and slotted barrel with optimized design ensure homogeneous melt and stable extrusion volume. The die used in the production line is a screw type die tailored for the material characteristics of pe-rt. Through the improvement of the die, the melt fracture in the extrusion process was effectively avoided, and the high surface finish of PE-RT pipe was ensured.
