The sifter machine is widely used for screening, grading and filtering, separating and classifying and sieving of powders, pellets, granule.This sifting machine has been used in Food, Chemical, Pharmaceutical industry etc. The vibrating screener is composed of vibration motor, basement support, screen frame, inlet and outlets, dust-proof cove.
Working principle
The big size material goes out from upper deck and the small size material from lower deck. In the base support, there is a vertical motor as the vibrating source. Mounted at two ends of motor, eccentric blocks transform rotation motion of motor to horizontal motion, vertical motion, slant motion, then transmit the motions to screen surface. These motions make material get through the sieve and towards the outlet.
