The horizontal ribbon mixer machine is generally used for mixing of viscous or agglomerative powders and mixing of powders added with liquid and paste materials. Because of the difficulty in cleaning viscous materials, the ribbon blending machine is suitable for occasions with large yield and infrequent replacement of varieties.
The mixing machine is composed of a container, a spiral stirring blade and a transmission part. The spiral blade is generally made of double or three layers, the outer spiral will collect the material from both sides to the center, the inner spiral will transport the material from the center to both sides, forming convection mixing.
