Working Principle

Helical Shaft Design: The screen surface consists of parallel helical shafts, with large-pitch right-hand and left-hand threads occupying half of the screen each.

High-Speed Rotation: The shafts rotate at high speeds, moving material at 0.5-1 m/s, resulting in high processing capacity.

Self-Cleaning Action: As blocky material slides along the shaft surface, it cleans any wet, sticky particles from the shaft, keeping the screen surface always clean with 100% open area.
