White food grade marine HDPE sheet is a UV stabilized high density

polyethylene panel in white color, formulated for food contact and

hygienic marine applications. It is waterproof, easy to clean and

Q1: Is this sheet food grade?

A1: Please contact us with your application and target standard

(FDA / EU 1935/2004), and we will confirm whether our material

meets your food contact requirement.

Q2: What is the difference between white and black marine HDPE?

A2: Both have similar mechanical and UV performance. White is often

preferred for food processing and hygienic areas where

cleanliness is visible, while black is more common for decks and

fenders where stain resistance matters.

Q3: Can it be used for fishery processing tables?

A3: Yes. White HDPE is a proven material for fishery tables because

it is waterproof, easy to clean and impact resistant.

Q4: Can it be used for boat decks?

A4: Yes, white marine HDPE can also be used for decks, but note that

white surfaces show dirt and stains more easily than black. For

heavy-traffic decks, black is usually preferred.

Q5: Can it be machined?

A5: Yes. Marine HDPE can be cut, routed, drilled and CNC machined

with standard tools. We provide cutting and routing services on

request.

Q6: Can I get a sample before ordering?

A6: Yes, samples are available.

Q7: What is your MOQ and delivery time?

A7: MOQ depends on thickness and size. Delivery time is 7–15 days

after order confirmation. We accept T/T and L/C for regular
