It is located in Ningguo City, Anhui Province — known as China’s Hometown of Sealing Parts — at the foot of the beautiful Huangshan Mountain. The company covers a land area of nearly 10,000 square meters with a building area of over 7,000 square meters. It enjoys superior transportation and convenient logistics, only 130 kilometers away from Hangzhou and 280 kilometers from Shanghai. The enterprise has obtained the National Industrial Production License (Wan) XK13-025-00038 and passed the IATF 16949 quality management system certification.
Our products are mainly sold to the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, southeast coastal areas and inland auto parts industrial bases. Meanwhile, a part of products are self-operated and exported to Russia, Europe, America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other regions worldwide.
Equipped with advanced production equipment, mature and stable manufacturing processes and a well-trained workforce, the company cooperates with a number of scientific research institutes, focusing on the technical research, development, production and manufacturing of rubber sealing products. All rubber molds are customized and processed by a professional mold center, which is equipped with modern CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, laser micrometers, universal tool microscopes, three-coordinate measuring instruments and other precision processing and testing equipment. Our mold quality fully meets imported mold standards. A professional laboratory with complete testing devices is established to monitor and inspect process parameters and product quality in a timely and effective manner. In addition, we have introduced an ERP management system to integrate logistics procurement, production, sales and financial management efficiently.
We mainly manufacture rubber sealing products, rubber vibration damping products and custom rubber miscellaneous parts. The mainstream materials include: Natural Rubber (NR), EPDM, NBR, CR, FKM, VMQ, HNBR, ACM/AEM, IIR, SBR, BR, TPV, PTFE, PVDF, PEEK and other high-performance polymer materials.
Our rubber sealing product range covers O-rings, oil seals, rectangular rings, special-shaped seals, rubber dust covers, rubber gaskets and more. Rubber vibration damping products include rubber bushings, engine mounts, strut mounts and other suspension damping components.
