IDesigns International Holdings Co., Ltd. was established in August 1993 and is located in Zhejiang, China. We wholly owned Zhejiang Rising Sun Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang European Important Export Co., Ltd. Our existing production area is 80,000 square meters. Our company integrates R&D, trade, and production into one export enterprise, and provides the values of a "one-stop solution for all business customers` needs".
At present, our types of products involve household accessories and holiday decorations of various materials such as wood, iron, cloth art, ceramics, glass, wool, and resin. Thus forming "various, unique, and complete" solutions for customers, continuously provides customers with joy and create value.
Innovation is always the major value proposition of our company. We launch our own trend books twice a year with strong [IDesigns" personal characteristics that fall into four major themes: trendy, classic, romantic, and modern. We also have a strong creative design and production team of more than 20 people to support the whole design system. To better meet the needs of customers, we have invited senior designers from the Netherlands and Germany to join us as a team in the research and development of the products. And we are seeing more and more international talents join us in the future. We encourage diversity in our design team and hope people seek creative inspiration toward lifestyle through traveling and exhibition visits. In total, there are more than 20,000 new products developed each year and the products developed have always been in the leading position in the industry.
We also believe that service is another major consumption factor for all customers, therefore, we are not only providing the products but also a connected, seamless, and responsible shopping experience for our customers. We start the whole process with empathy. We value what customers really care about and devote ourselves to solving the pain points of our customers. Every year, our sales staffs also work together with the designing team to better understand the end customers of our different collaborators by collecting past sales data and industrial reports from professional third parties to customize the best solutions for our customers with differentiated positionings.
Last but not least, management is the heart of a company. Since 2019, we had started our strategic plan in becoming a digitalized and omnichannel service provider with a self-developed ERP system, financial system, and several online channels to improve the efficiency and quality of our whole management.
