It boasts a streamlined and efficient organizational structure consisting of three departments under the General Manager: Administration, Technical Inspection and Production. The General Manager sets targeted development strategies for all departments, which regularly submit work progress and challenges for management review and performance appraisal. The Administration Department provides full-spectrum administrative, staffing and material support for production and QC teams to facilitate frontline operations. The Production Department executes precision manufacturing complying with specifications issued by Technical Inspection Department, which implements strict full-process quality control and feeds back defects promptly. Four dedicated production lines have been built in-house for metal hoses, intake & exhaust pipes, mufflers and rotary joints respectively. The lab is equipped to conduct air tightness testing, pressure resistance testing, static bending testing for metal hoses and helium leak detection, supporting long-term R&D on piping engineering and hydraulic balancing system technologies.
After decades of development, the company owns total assets of RMB 120 million, 35 specialized staff members, 99 sets of production and measuring inspection equipment, covering a land area of 10,160 square meters with construction area of 35,769.76 sq.m.
