In May, 2003, Puyang forest-paper integral project has been confirmed as one of the top ten forest-paper projects to be established during the [Tenth Five-year Plan"period by the National Development & Reform Commission, and it plans to introduce cottonwood chemi-mechanical pulp with an annual output of 100,000 ton, high-grade printing paper with an output of 500,000 ton per year. Moreover, the 100,000 tone per year cottonwood chemi-mechanical pulp has already been put into operation in November 2005, and the uncoated all wood paper and printing paper project whose annual output is 300,000 ton has already been started up in December 2008. Besides, equip the ABB automatic control system, adopt the DCS,QCS and WIS control systems for technical processes. Rewinder and Cutter used are manufactured by Finland Quattroll company and Taiwan Wusheng Company respectively to ensure equipment quality.

Internationally leading high-speed papermaking equipments
2048 million Yuan has been invested in the papermaking project and advanced fourdrinier paper machine of Finland Mesto has been applied, whose designed speed is 1800m/minute, and the untrimmed width 7.2m. Equip it with diluted water flow box, double-bootstrap press, inner coating machine, supercalender and intermediate automatic warehouse, etc, and control it by QCS,DCS,WIS and the inspection system for papermaking machine running, then the master drive system of ABB company has been introduced at the same time. The rewinder is imported from Finland Quattroll Company with a designed speed of 2500m/minute, while the paper cutter is manufactured by Taiwan Wusheng Company, whose highest cutting speed is 350m/minute. Lonfon Paper has introduced in internationally leading company management concepts and has passed ISO9001 in May, 2008.Moreover, it practices ERP for company management and has established a long-term cooperation with Nanjing Forestry University to strength its technological research and development.
