The polymer Composite materials developed and produced by our company are mainly used in ship rudder pin bearings, rudder stock bearings, stern shaft bearings, container limit blocks, hatch cover support blocks, sliding blocks, wear-resistant lining plates, gears, bridge pads, insulation and pressure bearing pads, floating dock curved plates, electric control door bearings, semicircular bearing seats, guiderollers, etc. The SL-IIIA series of products have excellent pressure resistance, impact resistance, friction and wear characteristics, good self-lubricating performance, light weight, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and corrosion resistance. The comprehensive performance of the products can be comparable to similar foreign products. We have obtained eight national classification societies' type approval certificates, including National Weapon Equipment Certification, CCS, DNV/GL, LR, RS, ABS, BV, NK and KR. The product can be made into cylindrical and sheet shapes with complete specifications, convenient processing and installation, and long service life.
The SL-IIIA series of products are developed through modification with rare earth and nanotechnology,possessing independent intellectual property rights and obtaining a national invention patent (patent number ZL200110067725.6). Its comprehensive performance has reached the advanced level of international similar products (see the "Horizontal Novelty Search Report" of Shanghai Institute of Science and Technology Information), and has obtained seven national classification society type approval certificates in China, including CCS, DNV/GL, LR, RS, ABS, BV, NK, KR, etc. Through more than 30 years of development, our products have been exported to more than 20 countries in Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, and are widely delivered to over 6000 commercial and military ships used by customers around the world.
