The bubble packaging extruder mainly uses PE and PP plastic particles as raw materials. It adopts a one-time molding process and can produce composite bubble films with two to five layers. The feature of this machine is that PP plastic particles replace the existence of pearlescent film, reducing the cost consumption caused by pearlescent film. In addition, after adding a composite device, it can be compounded with materials such as kraft paper and aluminum-coated film to form a five-layer composite bubble film.

The products produced are mainly used for packaging in e-commerce express and logistics transportation. The bubble wrap packaging material has the functions of moisture-proofing and shock absorption, which protects the safety of the items.
