KY-135℃-2X Heat Shrink Tube

KY-135℃-2X Heat Shrink Tube is crafted from high-quality irradiated cross-linked soft PE material, offering 135℃ temperature resistance and excellent electrical, physical, and chemical properties. As a versatile protective sleeving, it provides electrical insulation for connectors, dust-proof bundling, marking, solder joint corrosion prevention, and mechanical protection.

Featuring a 2:1 thermal contraction ratio, it initiates shrinkage at 80℃ and fully contracts at 120℃, ensuring a tight seal. The soft, elastic material offers high flame retardancy (except transparent variants), with low smoke emission and stable performance from -55℃ to 135℃.

Compliant with ROHS/REACH and certified to AMS-DTL-23053/5, UL224, and CAN/CSA C22.2, it comes in standard colors like black, red, yellow, green, blue, and transparent (non-flame-retardant). Custom sizes and cuts are available. This heat shrink tube combines reliable thermal contraction with protective functionality, ideal for electronics, communications, automotive, marine, and aerospace applications.
