The DTF series electric steam dewaxing kettle is a fully integrated system engineered by our company to serve the precision casting sector. 3. Main Features and Advantages

3.1 Utilizing a double-layer pressure vessel structure. The outer kettle maintains constant high temperature and pressure during operation, maintaining an inner surface temperature above 150°C. This effectively prevents condensation in the inner kettle and ensures rapid thermal equilibrium. This structure significantly reduces high-temperature steam consumption, helps minimize the risk of shell mold cracking, and reduces final wax residue, thereby improving dewaxing quality.

3.2 Comprehensive and rational structural composition. The equipment comprises core components such as the kettle body, structural base, quick-opening kettle door, wax collection tank, heating module, electronic control system, and exterior decorative panels. It is also equipped with a dedicated mold shell transport trolley and basket, greatly simplifying loading and unloading operations and improving production flow.

3.3The system supports freely adjustable operating pressure within the rated range and integrates multiple safety protection features: automatic water shortage detection—when the water level falls below the safety limit, heating is automatically cut off to prevent dry boiling; automatic overtemperature alarm and heating stop; and a safety valve, inlet and exhaust valves, wax drain valve, drain valve, check valve, pipeline filter, and pressure and temperature instruments are also included, forming a complete safety and control system.
