1. Precise Energy Conversion

Using U-shaped silicon-molybdenum rods or three-phase silicon-carbon rods as heating elements, the Joule effect converts electrical energy into radiant heat, achieving a conversion efficiency exceeding 95%. Medium-Temperature Oxidation (450-800°C): Introduces a trace, controlled oxygen atmosphere to catalyze the decomposition of organic matter.

High-Temperature Sintering (800-1150°C): Mullite crystals form, forming a ceramic bonding network.

Pouring and Insulation (Pouring and Insulation) Stage: Maintains constant temperature with a temperature fluctuation of ≤±3°C.

4. Intelligent Operation and Maintenance System

Equipped with a bus control system, it monitors changes in heating element resistance in real time, automatically compensates for power loss due to aging, and supports remote process parameter tuning and fault diagnosis.
