2.Configuration instructions

1. Core System Configuration

-Electrical Control: The core control system utilizes a Taiwan Delta series PLC; key low-voltage electrical components are Chint brand; and precision position detection utilizes Omron proximity switches from Japan.

-Hydraulic Drive: The core hydraulic valves are from Taiwan Yuken; the main drive utilizes a Taiwan Qunli hydraulic motor and a Taiwan Gree hydraulic pump; the auxiliary circulation is handled by a Taiwan Weiliang motor and pump unit; the key roller-cylinder seals utilize a Japanese NOK brand; and the actuator cylinder is supplied by the Jinan Yuci Branch.

2. Mechanical Structure and Manufacturing Process

-The main frame of the main machine is formed from δ20 steel plate by hot plate welding, ensuring a sturdy and stable structure.

-The wax box liner is welded from 304 stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance and cleanliness.

-The wax liquid cooling system utilizes a high-efficiency three-tube heat exchange structure. All wax liquid pipelines are pickled before welding to ensure internal cleanliness and process reliability.

-The equipment utilizes a four-column vertical die table structure with two workstations. The clamping mechanism is hydraulically driven, using thermal oil as the heat source for system insulation, ensuring stable, safe, and reliable operation.

3. Performance and Operating Parameters

-This dual-station wax injector is equipped with an adjustable nozzle with an aperture range of 6-9 mm, allowing for an injection speed adjustment range of 3-8 mL/s.

-The hydraulic system's output flow and pressure are controlled by a Y-type motor and can be manually adjusted to meet diverse process requirements.

4. Safety Features

-The machine utilizes a two-handed synchronized operation mode, effectively preventing hand injuries from accidental operation.

-Equipped with a safety light barrier, the clamping action automatically stops upon detecting a person or foreign object entering the mold area, effectively eliminating the risk of pinching.
