Technical Principle

The working principle of the rotary scroll compressor consists of a pair of scroll plates: a fixed stationary scroll plate and a moving scroll plate that rotates eccentrically around the stationary scroll plate.

Intake stage: Air is drawn into the crescent-shaped sealed chamber containing the moving and stationary scroll plates through the intake port on the outside of the scroll plates.

Compression stage: Driven by a motor, the moving scroll plate rotates eccentrically around the center of the stationary scroll plate. As the moving scroll plate rotates in the sequence shown in Figures 1-2-3-4, the volume of each crescent-shaped compression chamber gradually decreases, thus continuously compressing the intake air, and consequently increasing its pressure and temperature.

Exhaust stage: Compressed air is discharged through the outlet.
