Hot rolled magnesium alloy sheet: The sheet is rolled into the desired shape through hot extrusion of the blanking process. The extrusion is carried out in the extrusion cylinder, where the sheet has slow heat dissipation, allowing the maximum utilization of plasticity and preventing magnesium alloys from cracking. It is suitable for the production of most magnesium alloy sheets.

Extrusion of magnesium alloy sheet: Place the magnesium alloy melt or ingot into the extrusion barrel, apply pressure through the extrusion rod, and cause the magnesium alloy to be extruded out of the extrusion die to form the desired sheet shape. During the extrusion process, the magnesium alloy is subjected to high temperature and high pressure inside the extrusion barrel, resulting in refined grains, uniform structure, and improved strength and plasticity of the sheet.

Forging magnesium alloy plate: First, the magnesium alloy undergoes uniform annealing treatment. Then, it is subjected to near-isothermal forging, followed by rapid cooling. Finally, multiple passes of hot rolling and aging treatment are carried out. This method can significantly enhance the mechanical properties of the magnesium alloy plates, such as tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation, and is suitable for the preparation of high-performance magnesium alloy plates.
