How is an acrylic figure storage box made?

According to the previously determined dimensions, we use a special cutting machine to cut large acrylic sheets into the required small pieces. The cutting must be precise; otherwise, the box will be crooked when assembled.

The edges of the cut sheets may be a bit rough and need to be polished to make them smooth to the touch and less likely to scratch hands. If the customer wants patterns or text on the box, a laser engraving machine can be used to create them on the sheets at this stage—almost any desired pattern can be engraved.

Step 3: Next, these sheets are assembled. Usually, a special acrylic glue is used. Apply the glue to the connecting edges of the sheets, align them, and stick them together. Once the glue dries, the box will be sturdy.

Step 4: After gluing, the entire box needs to be inspected. Check if there are any misalignments, gaps, or dirt on the surface. If any are found, clean them up.
