The MBR requires virtually no sludge removal and can maintain permanent operation through recirculation. The specific process is as follows: sewage is collected and fed into the septic tank. The effluent passes through a screen to remove larger impurities and floating debris. After adjusting the water volume and quality in the regulating tank, it enters the anaerobic tank to remove large organic molecules and improve the biodegradability of the wastewater. Denitrification occurs in the anaerobic tank, and the recirculation of the nitrified solution removes total nitrogen from the wastewater and improves the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen. The effluent from the anaerobic tank enters the contact oxidation tank, which features fillers to increase the contact area between the sewage and aerobic microorganisms, significantly reducing organic matter and other organic matter in the wastewater.
