Introduction of generator set

L20V190ZLT-2 gas engine is designed and manufactured with the 16V gas engine as the model sample. It is a 2000KW higher-power, high performance 20V gas engine which can adopt to low pressure fuel gas, high intelligence, low heat consumption, high stability, low emission and long using life.

The gen-set system consists of a natural gas engine, a generator, a common chassis, a high elastic coupling, a control cabinet and so on. The system is equipped with a perfect system of natural gas inlet, electric or air starting(depend on customer) and electrical control, vibration detection, knock detection and other systems. The generator adopts synchronous AC brushless excitation generator.

Generator set system composition

1.Installation: Indoor installation, the engine and generator are rigidly installed on the chassis, the chassis is installed on the transition base through the shock absorber, the transition base and the foundation are fastened by anchor screws, and the engine and the generator are connected by a high-elastic coupling.

2.Cooling method: Using horizontal radiator, the horizontal radiator is driven by AC motor. The radiator is equipped with a special control box to realize the linkage control of the cooling fan and cooling water temperature, ensuring that the engine is always running under the best cooling conditions.

3.Intake method: The gen-set is placed in the on-site machine room, and the machine room should be equipped with a forced inlet fan to meet requirements of air flow for the operation of the gen-set. In addition, the engine is equipped with an air filter to further ensure the cleanliness of the engine's combustion air.
4.Exhaust method: Outdoor exhaust, engine has exhaust pipe and choose a fire-extinguishing muffler and place it vertically (or horizontally) through the top bracket of the machine room,( 68579992,when installed vertically, the exhaust muffler end is equipped with a rain cap).
5.Starting method: According to the requirement of the customer, in this proposal is using electric starting motor.(if want air starting method, please contact with factory to change for air starting motor)
