Overview
2.1 Basic Functions and Standards: The ST2643 ultra-high resistance microcurrent tester (high-resistance type body resistivity and surface resistivity tester) is a multi-purpose comprehensive measurement device that measures the volume resistivity and surface resistivity of solid sheet, thin film conductive electrostatic materials and insulating materials based on the principle of the annular three-electrode method. It can also be used as an ultra-high resistance meter or microcurrent tester. The design of this instrument complies with the national standard GB/T 1410-2006/IEC 60093:1980: "Test Methods for Volume Resistivity and Surface Resistivity of Solid Insulating Materials".
2.2 Complete set of instrument composition: It consists of the ST2643 high-resistance meter main unit, the standard ring-shaped three electrodes, connecting cables and other parts. The main unit is mainly composed of a high-voltage power supply, a microcurrent detector and an embedded single-chip microcomputer system.
2.3 Advantages and Characteristics:
The operation mode is digitized. All parameter Settings and function conversions are input through a digital keyboard, which is simple to operate, stable in performance and long in service life. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional mechanical switches such as single function, high failure rate and large size.
The testing process is automated, with voltage and current range conversion. All digital electronic switches are available, allowing for manual or automatic selection at will. This avoids the cumbersome operation of traditional mechanical switches, especially the shortcomings of non-automation and manual data post-processing.
The dual-window result display is digitalized and diversified, directly shown by the digital meter head, avoiding the reading error of the traditional analog meter head. The dual digital display heads show that the left window displays the test results of volume resistivity and surface resistance, while the right window shows the test voltage, test current, test conditions, and the set correction coefficient. The content is comprehensive.
4. Test safety protection, test high-voltage independent operation switch, test current overcurrent protection, effectively safeguarding the safety of the instrument and the operator's misoperation.
5. It is convenient for functional expansion. When equipped with a film testing probe, it can test high-resistance films. When equipped with a fixture, it can be used as a high-resistance meter and a microammeter. It can also test the resistivity of high-resistance liquids.
2.4 Electrode or Fixture Selection: The instrument is equipped with standard ring-shaped three electrodes, suitable for general sheet and film samples. Customers can also prepare or customize electrodes to expand application scenarios, such as testing resistivity and surface resistance from the outer surface and inner wall of a cylinder, testing high-resistance components, and testing microcurrents.
The instrument features high measurement accuracy, high sensitivity, good stability, high intelligence, compact structure and easy operation.
2.5 Scope of Application: The instrument is suitable for testing the resistance values of anti-static products such as anti-static shoes, anti-static plastic and rubber products, and anti-static raised floors in computer rooms in industrial and mining enterprises and scientific research institutes, as well as measuring the insulation resistance of insulating materials and electronic and electrical products. It can also be used for weak current measurement, such as photoelectric effect and dark current measurement of devices.
