Product Description:

This is a special piston rod seal for mechanical equipment market,and the groove design adopts Chinese standard JB/ZQ4265. Choose nitrile rubber,fluorine rubber,polyurethane and other materials.

Working temperature:-20℃~220℃(FKM)

Reciprocating speed:≤0.5m/s

Medium: General purpose petroleum-based hydraulic oil, water, emulsion.

Installation: The axial clearance of this type of seal can be a one-piece piston.To avoid damage to the sealing lip,measures should be taken to avoid sharp edges during installation. Materials: High-performance nitrile rubber (NBR) with a Shore hardness of about 88 degrees. High-performance fluororubber (FKM) with a Shore hardness of about 85 degrees. Shore hardness of about 90 degrees of polyurethane (PU).
