Single-row full complement cylindrical roller bearings are a special derivative of single-row cylindrical roller bearings. The core design is to remove the cage and fill the maximum number of cylindrical rollers. By maximizing the contact area of the rolling elements, it achieves the ultimate radial load-bearing capacity under the same size. It is suitable for mining equipment, rolling mills, cranes, etc. to withstand heavy-load impacts and has load-bearing requirements much higher than the speed requirements. It is the "heavy-load support core" in the heavy industry field.

From a structural point of view, this type of bearing consists of three parts: an outer ring (linear raceway), an inner ring (linear raceway), and a full complement of cylindrical rollers. The core difference lies in the cage-free design: the number of rollers is 30%-50% more than that of single-row cylindrical roller bearings with cages, and the roller diameter is precisely calculated to completely fill the gap between the inner and outer ring raceways. Some models will be equipped with thin metal ribs (such as NNC type, NNCL type) on both sides of the bearing to prevent the rollers from falling off and limit axial movement. The rollers are mostly made of GCr15SiMn high-carbon chromium bearing steel. After quenching and grinding, the surface hardness reaches HRC60-62, and it has strong wear and impact resistance.
