Thrust spherical bearings are special sliding bearings that focus on carrying axial loads. Their core function is to withstand one-way or two-way axial loads, while allowing small angles (usually 1°-3°) relative deflection between the inner and outer rings. The contact area is large, the stress is evenly distributed, and the impact resistance is strong; some models are equipped with sealing rings to prevent the intrusion of impurities and reduce grease loss. According to the load-bearing direction, they are divided into one-way thrust spherical bearings (which only bear axial force in one direction) and two-way thrust spherical bearings (which bear two-way axial force). According to the lubrication method, they are divided into ordinary lubrication type (requiring regular grease injection) and self-lubricating type (spherical surface inlaid with polytetrafluoroethylene composite material, maintenance-free).
