Overview

Our SA192 cold-rolled finned tubes use SA192 high-pressure carbon steel seamless boiler tubes as the base tube, with fins wound onto the tube body using a cold mechanical tension winding process. Both the base tube and fins are made of carbon steel, and aluminum fins are also available. They possess excellent strength and thermal stability, are specifically designed for high-temperature and high-pressure environments, and are suitable for industries such as power generation, petrochemicals, oil refineries, and industrial boilers.

Vibration and Corrosion Resistance: Cold-wound fins interlock tightly with the tube—similar to a nail driven securely into wood—creating a near-monolithic bond. This strong mechanical fusion provides superior resistance to vibration and corrosion compared to traditional L-type fin tubes, making it ideal for boilers and high-duty heat exchangers.

ASTM A179: Optimal thermal conductivity, thin-walled low-carbon steel, suitable for medium- and low-temperature heat exchangers.
ASTM A210 Grade A1: Higher strength and higher temperature resistance, suitable for power plant air preheaters and refinery heaters.
SA213 T11/T22: Alloy steel with excellent high-temperature resistance and oxidation resistance, suitable for superheater sections, systems > 500°C.
