Fully automatic vial filling and capping integrated machine: Five-step linkage, seamless operation

This machine is specially designed for vial packaging lines, highly integrating the five core processes of bottle arrangement, filling, capping, cap placement and crimping, achieving full-process automation from empty bottles to finished product packaging.

The vial filling machine adopts a modular design and operates smoothly: the bottle alignment track is used for directional conveying. High-precision pumps ensure accurate filling volume. The vibrating disc and the mechanical hand smoothly completed the transmission and pressing of the butyl rubber stopper. The aluminum cap is automatically placed and finally tightly sealed by a four-claw roller head to ensure a perfect seal.

The system is centrally controlled by PLC, and parameters can be set through the touch screen. The production speed is flexible and adjustable, and it is equipped with self-checking functions such as bottle shortage stop filling and cap shortage alarm. The overall design of the machine complies with general production standards, featuring a compact structure and high stability. It can significantly enhance the packaging efficiency and consistency of vial products such as liquid medicine and freeze-dried powder.

8、Easily change the height of working station for vials that has different height and the same radius.

9、The input and output are on the same side, which is convinient for operator.

10、The whole machine is compact and movable easily.
