DGT10 Miniature Ceramic Pump Filling Unit: A Wear-Resistant Solution for "Tough" Liquids

If your workshop handles filling slurries containing particles, highly abrasive polishing fluids, or highly corrosive acidic or alkaline liquids, you'll know how short the lifespan of ordinary pump liquid filling machine cores is. Wear not only leads to the cost of frequent parts replacements but also to decreased accuracy and the risk of contamination. Our DGT10 semi-automatic filling unit addresses the dual challenges of wear and corrosion resistance. Its heart is a precision ceramic pump core—both the rotor and stator are made of high-purity zirconia ceramic. This material is second only to diamond in hardness, boasting a Mohs hardness of 9, and possesses excellent chemical inertness. This means that neither fine abrasive particles nor most strong acids and alkalis can cause substantial corrosion or wear. The pump's lifespan is thus extended several times compared to conventional metal pumps.
