Working principle of vertical ultrasonic cleaner

This automatic bottle washer can automatically complete processes such as bottle feeding, water filling, ultrasonic cleaning, external bottle cleaning, internal bottle cleaning, and bottle discharging.First, the bottles are carried by a conveyor belt into the bottle filling area. After being filled with water by the filling system, the bottles undergo ultrasonic cleaning in a water tank. Ultrasonic cleaning is a pre-cleaning process, essentially "cavitation" the bottles to remove dirt from their inside and outside. After ultrasonic cleaning in the water tank, a screw separates the bottles and sends them to a lifting roller. The variable pitch, variable groove depth screw is designed with an optimal curve to ensure a perfect transition from the end of the conveyor belt to the lifting roller. The roller smoothly lifts the bottles from the water and sends them to the robotic arm on the large rotating drum. The high-precision, all-stainless steel robotic arm clamps the bottles and rotates them 180 degrees so that the bottle opening is facing down. The robotic arm then sends the bottles into the fine washing area. They then pass through six rinsing stations in sequence, following the following cleaning process: circulating water → compressed air → water for injection degradation → compressed air → water for injection → compressed air. The cleaned bottles fully meet aseptic production requirements and comply with FDA and EU standards.
