Performance Description of high-temperature Sterilization Tunnel Equipment

The tunnel sterilizer made of 304 stainless steel and is suitable for sterilization and drying of oral liquid bottles. Stainless steel heating tubes are used for hot air circulation heating to continuously dry and heat sterilize glass bottles. The sterilization temperature in the sterilization tunnel reaches 300℃ for no less than 5 minutes. The sterilization and drying tasks are completed in three stages (preheating section, high-temperature section, and cooling section) to ensure that the temperature of the bottles when they come out is controlled below 40℃. The operating parameters are set on the human-machine interface according to the process requirements. The laminar flow section is equipped with a low-drying fan and a medium-efficiency filter. The speed of the mesh belt can be adjusted steplessly, and the operation of the whole machine is convenient.

Structural features

When the power is connected, the main motor works. Through the transmission of the V-belt, the output shaft sprocket of the reducer rotates, and then the 3/4 "chain transmits it to the driving sprocket. The roller rotates, driving the mesh belt to run. The product passes through the high-temperature sterilization section and is heated by stainless steel heating tubes, which can reach a maximum temperature of 350℃ for sterilization and drying. At the tail of the oven, medium-efficiency filters and high-efficiency filters are installed. Under the action of the fan, clean air cools the bottles. During the forward movement of the mesh belt, a tensioning device is installed at the bottom to smoothly run the working surface of the mesh belt in the tunnel, transporting the product bottles to the tunnel exit and passing them on to the next process.

The main advantages of the oven: It uses a new type of chain plate belt mesh belt, which ensures that the sterilization bottles do not fall over or break. Heating tubes are installed on the upper part of the mesh belt. By using the principle of hot air circulation, the heat source is evenly distributed, which improves the sterilization quality. It adopts PLC touch screen intelligent control.

This machine is linked and controlled with the potting machine. When the bottles at the bottle feeding point of the potting machine swell, the oven stops and automatically starts when there is a shortage of bottles.
