Product Introduction of Horizontal Labeling Machine

This machine is specially designed for side labeling of cylindrical, square bottles, tubes and other containers. It adopts a horizontal conveying and labeling structure to achieve high-speed and precise automated labeling operations.

The core of the equipment consists of a high-precision labeling head and a servo drive system, ensuring that the position error of the label is less than ±0.5mm. The operation process is smooth: The container is fed in horizontally by the conveyor belt and stably conveyed by the synchronous belt or roller. After being positioned by the photoelectric sensor, the labeling head automatically peaves off the label and closely adheres it to the side of the container. Finally, it is compacted by the pressing mechanism to complete the application.

Its advantage lies in its wide adaptability. By adjusting the fixtures and parameters, containers of different diameters and lengths can be quickly switched. It has strong stability and can continuously process labeling requirements ranging from 80 to 300 pieces per minute (depending on the specifications). It is applicable to industries such as food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, and is a key equipment for enhancing the automation level of production lines and the consistency of packaging appearance.
