This vial automatic cap hanging and capping integrated machine is specially designed for vial sealing. It integrates the core functions of automatic cap hanging and automatic capping, and the entire capping process does not require manual intervention

The automatic cap hanging module is equipped with a vibrating cap arranging mechanism and a precise alignment system. After the cap bodies are orderly organized, they are conveyed to the cap hanging station through the cap guiding track. Relying on photoelectric positioning technology, the position of the bottle mouth is calibrated in real time to ensure that the cap bodies fit precisely without deviation or cap jamming, with a cap hanging qualification rate of 99.9%. It is compatible with common specifications such as medical aluminum caps and aluminum-plastic caps. The cap-arranging speed can be dynamically adjusted according to the production line rhythm and seamlessly connected with the subsequent cap-rolling process.

The vial sealing machine module adopts a four-claw capping method. During the capping process, the capping head automatically adheres to the curved surface of the bottle cap, achieving a uniform and all-round capping. This not only avoids sealing failure caused by excessive loosens but also prevents damage to the bottle body or cap due to excessive tightness. After capping, the bottle is inverted for testing without leakage, effectively blocking air from entering and ensuring the long-term stability of the product.

The equipment has a compact structure. The body is made of 304 stainless steel in one piece, which can operate flexibly as a single machine or be seamlessly integrated with filling, labeling and coding production lines. The core components are stable and reliable, with a low failure rate during continuous operation. The stable production capacity of 50-80 bottles per minute meets the demands of large-scale production. Only 1-2 workers are needed to complete material replenishment and site inspection management
