Introduction

Made of 304 stainless steel, it is suitable for sterilization and drying of oral liquid bottles. Stainless steel heating tubes are used for hot air circulation heating to continuously dry and heat sterilize glass bottles. The sterilization temperature in the sterilization tunnel reaches 300℃ for no less than 5 minutes. The sterilization and drying tasks are completed in three stages (preheating section, high-temperature section, and cooling section) to ensure that the temperature of the bottles when they come out is controlled below 40℃. The operating parameters are set on the human-machine interface according to the process requirements.

The bottom frame structure of the oven adopts 14# channel steel, with a modular structure, which is convenient for assembly. The tunnel and air ducts, as well as the parts in contact with the bottles, are all welded with stainless steel, featuring a compact structure. The stainless steel mesh belt is driven by a chain, ensuring its smooth progress at all times. In the heating zone of the oven, silicone aluminum cotton is used as the filling material. The 100mm thick laminated box body can keep the temperature inside the box more warm and save energy. The preheating section of the oven uses a preheating fan to preheat the bottles. The cooling section of the oven is equipped with a 100-level laminar flow clean device. All the air flow is obtained through medium-efficiency filters and the action of the fan, ensuring that the bottles after high-temperature sterilization are not subject to secondary air pollution during the cooling process.
