• Hydraulic Adjustment System: Hydraulically adjustable grate carrier and hydraulic hood enable precise grate-gap setting and full chamber access for maintenance, eliminating the need for manual lifting and reducing downtime.

• Oversized Hammer-Disc Rims: Sacrificial wear edges on hammer-disc rims extend disc lifespan. The lower shaft-guard plate (secured by two bolts) can be removed to expose the full hammer shaft, allowing tool-free, rapid hammer/rod replacement in minutes.

• Heavy-Duty Impact Design: Thicker liners and extended hammer heads deliver higher impact energy, purpose-built for primary reduction of hard, abrasive rock (e.g., granite, basalt, diabase).
