Main structure
1. Bed: It is a frame structure composed of the base, end plate, and side plate welded together. The bed has a large internal space. The platform moves left and right within the cavity and is used to hold the cooling cutting fluid, which is for the welding of steel plates and channel steel.
2. Saw frame: The saw frame is a welded arch-shaped box. The main motor, driving saw wheel, driven saw wheel, worm gear box, guiding device, upper and lower guiding heads, saw blade tensioning device, etc. are assembled. The saw frame body is an arch-shaped box made of thick steel plates and has strong rigidity.
3. Guiding device: The guiding device consists of upper and lower guiding mechanisms. The guiding seat on the upper guiding mechanism is installed on the saw frame support plate and is driven by a screw. The guiding rods installed on the upper guiding seat move up and down to adjust the distance between the upper guiding head and the guiding block to adapt to different thickness workpieces.
4. Clamping mechanism: The clamping of the workpiece is achieved by using a pressure plate, bolts, and a T-shaped slot component threaded onto the worktable, and the nut is tightened to fix the workpiece.
5. Tensioning device: The tensioning device includes a sliding plate, sliding plate seat, and tensioning handwheel, etc. When the tensioning handwheel rotates clockwise, the saw belt is tightened, and when it rotates counterclockwise, the saw belt is loosened.
6. Cooling system: It is composed of a cooling liquid tank, cooling pump, valves, and nozzles, used to ensure the provision of sufficient cooling fluid to the cutting area, improving the cutting effect, the service life of the saw belt, and the accuracy of the cutting section, to ensure normal cutting.
