Production Information

Resistant dextrin, a water-soluble dietary fiber derived from starches, appears as white to pale yellow powder with a mild sweet taste and no off-flavors. It features excellent water solubility: 10% aqueous solution is transparent/pale yellow (pH 4.0~6.0), with extremely low viscosity that is barely affected by shear rate and temperature changes.

Low in calories, it boasts heat, acid and freeze resistance, serving as an ideal low-calorie soluble food ingredient. Easily soluble in water to form a clear solution and simple to process, it is widely applicable in protein bars, cereals, beverages, nutritional products and more.

Applications of Resistant Dextrin
