Our ZDa-L15-OT-20 single-unit electro-hydraulic directional control valve with O-position function is a specialized hydraulic component designed for precise control in small to medium flow applications. Featuring a single, independent valve body structure, unlike integrated multi-way valves, it offers advantages such as flexible installation, convenient maintenance, and strong adaptability. It can be connected to a hydraulic circuit individually or used in combination with other valves.

This valve utilizes an electro-hydraulic pilot control mode, combined with a manual emergency control mechanism, ensuring both remote automated control and emergency backup in case of failure. Its core configuration features an O-type center position spool, where all four ports (P, A, B, and T) are closed in the center position, enabling precise locking and positioning of the actuator and effectively preventing external force displacement. The valve body is made of high-strength cast iron in a single piece, with upgraded and optimized sealing structures, making it suitable for high-pressure conditions with extremely low leakage. It is widely used in the hydraulic systems of forklifts, small loaders, clamping and positioning equipment, and sanitation vehicles. Having undergone multiple rounds of high-pressure resistance and cyclic durability testing, it provides a stable and reliable directional control solution for equipment.
