We collaborated with an automotive component OEM based in Arizona, USA—a long-term partner of MZ that purchased the CT-5331D system in 2025. As MZ’s Export Director, I personally oversaw the project, coordinating the customization of a "Simple Manual Dispensing Machine" for the client's US-based 110V production line, as well as the post-sales implementation and support.

Prior to partnering with us, the client utilized a single-station, locally sourced glue dispensing machine. Their production line output was 420 automotive sensor units per hour, with a monthly defect rate of 5.7% caused by inconsistent precision. Monthly maintenance costs—covering labor and spare parts—totaled $1,860, significantly driving up production expenses. After adopting MZ’s automatic glue dispenser, the system's high precision reduced the monthly defect rate to 0.72%. Additionally, the simple, modular maintenance design lowered monthly maintenance costs to $446, resulting in a 76% saving on maintenance expenditures.
