Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd. produces MFHES series 2.54 millimeter machined socket connectors to deliver stable signal and power connection for precision electronic assemblies. This machined socket adopts PPS insulator housing with UL94V 0 flame retardant grade and six finger beryllium copper contact clip, it supports multiple type versions and various pin quantities, mating pin diameter ranges from 0.7 to 0.9 millimeter for type one and type two. It provides 3 amp rated current, maximum 10 milliohm contact resistance and minimum 1000 volt RMS dielectric strength with mechanical life up to minimum 500 insertion removal cycles. Users complete through hole mounting on printed circuit boards and select suitable socket type pin count and contact plating including tin gold flash and multiple gold thickness options according to project requirements, follow drawing tolerance for PCB design and store items in dry environment to avoid contact clip oxidation.
