I. Product Overview
• 50T FR Vane Pump:
• Type: High-pressure hydraulic vane pump.
• Features: Utilizes curved vane design to optimize the lifespan of the stator and vanes; the stator employs a high-order non-impact transition curve, resulting in minimal pressure and flow fluctuations, low noise, a rational structure, and high reliability.
• Applications: Widely used in light industrial machinery (such as injection molding machines, hollow forming machines, die-casting machines, shoe machines, etc.), forging machinery (such as pipe bending machines, hydraulic presses, bending machines, etc.), metallurgical machinery, port machinery, and other industries.
• 50T LR Vane Pump:
• Type: Also a high-pressure hydraulic vane pump, though specific designs may vary by manufacturer.
• Features: May share similar performance characteristics with the 50T FR, such as low noise and high reliability, but may differ in specific structure or parameters.
• Applications: Similar to the 50T FR, suitable for various industrial machinery requiring high-pressure hydraulic power.
II. Technical Specifications (Example for 50T FR; may vary for 50T LR)
• Displacement: Varies by model, e.g., 50T-12 ranges from 1 to 12 c.c/rev, while 50T-17 offers 17 L/min.
• Pressure: Maximum pressure up to 3000 psi (approximately 21 MPa), meeting the demands of high-pressure hydraulic systems.
• Speed: Rated speed ranges widely, e.g., the 50T-12 has a rated speed of 1800 rpm and a minimum speed of 900 rpm.
• Flow Rate: Varies based on displacement and speed, e.g., the 50T-17 provides a flow rate of 17 L/min.
III. Structural Features
• Vane Design: Adopts curved vanes to enhance the lifespan of the stator and vanes.
• Stator Curve: Utilizes a high-order non-impact transition curve to minimize pressure and flow fluctuations and reduce noise.
• Sealing Performance: Excellent internal sealing within the pump body prevents communication between high- and low-pressure chambers, ensuring stable hydraulic system operation.
• Installation: The pump body is designed for easy installation and maintenance, and can be connected to an electric motor via a flexible coupling to ensure concentricity.
IV. Usage Precautions
• Installation Concentricity: The concentricity error between the pump shaft and the motor shaft should be less than 0.10 mm (TIR), with a maximum allowable angular error of less than 0.2 degrees.
• Load Bearing: The pump shaft should not bear radial or axial loads to ensure stable pump operation.
• Oil Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean the pipeline and oil tank before use to ensure oil cleanliness within NSA12 standards, preventing contaminants from entering the pump body.
• Oil Selection: Recommended to use anti-wear hydraulic oil (such as ISO VG32 or ISO VG46), with an optimal viscosity of 30 cSt and an oil temperature range of 10 to 60°C, ideally between 35 and 50°C.
• Oil Level Check: Regularly check the oil level to ensure sufficient oil suction and prevent air entrainment or oil suction failure.
V. Troubleshooting
• Oil Suction Failure:
• Causes: Low oil level, excessive oil viscosity, poor contact between the port plate end face and the shell inner plane, sand holes in the pump body, reversed motor rotation, etc.
• Solutions: Check and refill to the specified oil level, replace with oil of appropriate viscosity, repair the port plate end face, replace the pump body, correct motor rotation, etc.
• Excessive Pump Noise:
• Causes: Clogged oil filter, poor oil suction, worn pump end seal, loose pump cover screws, misalignment between the pump and motor shafts, non-perpendicularity between the vane slots on the rotor and their end faces, excessively short unloading triangular grooves on the port plate, overly tight sealing at the spline shaft end, excessively high pump speed, insufficient oil suction, severely contaminated hydraulic oil, etc.
• Solutions: Clean or replace the oil filter, replace the oil seal, tighten screws, readjust concentricity, replace the rotor, appropriately modify the unloading triangular grooves on the port plate, adjust the sealing at the spline shaft end, operate at the specified speed, check the oil level, replace hydraulic oil and the oil filter, etc.
