1. Overview
This is a 300t/h stone crushing and screening line designed for processing limestone and bluestone. The line adopts a single-stage crushing process using one hammer crusher for both crushing and shaping, complemented by multiple circular vibrating screens for precise multi-size classification. The overall equipment configuration is simple, the investment cost is low, and the operation is efficient and stable. The line can produce building aggregates in various specifications, and is ideal for small to medium-sized quarry and construction material processing projects.
2. Main Equipment Configuration
The entire line consists of three core equipment categories—vibrating feeding, crushing and shaping, and screening—along with belt conveyors for material handling. The specific configuration is as follows:
Vibrating Feeder
One DLZGC1250P vibrating feeder is deployed, with a trough size of 1200×5000 mm, a maximum feed size of 750 mm, and a processing capacity of 250 to 500 t/h. It is powered by two 15 kW motors. This unit feeds limestone and bluestone raw material steadily and uniformly into the hammer crusher, ensuring smooth and continuous operation of the downstream crushing stage.
Hammer Crusher (Crushing & Shaping)
One XPC1216 hammer crusher serves as the core crushing and shaping equipment, with a rotor diameter and length of 1270×1490 mm. It offers a processing capacity of 400 to 500 t/h and is driven by two 200 kW motors.The crusher achieves single-pass crushing and shaping of the raw stone, producing well-shaped aggregates with a large reduction ratio, and the discharge particle size is adjustable.
Vibrating Screens (Classification)
Three circular vibrating screens are configured for multi-stage classification. One 2YKZ3070 double-deck screen provides a screening area of 21 m² and a processing capacity of 100 to 600 t/h, powered by a 45 kW motor.Two 3YKZ2270 triple-deck screens each offer a screening area of 15.4 m² and a capacity of 240 to 320 t/h, each driven by a 45 kW motor.These screens work together to accurately classify the crushed material into various finished product sizes, with oversize material returned via conveyor to the crusher for re-processing.
Belt Conveyors
Multiple belt conveyors are arranged throughout the line to handle material transfer between equipment, return oversize material to the crusher, and convey finished products to their respective stockpiles.
3. Production Process Flow
The line operates on a simple and efficient single-stage crushing and shaping process: “vibrating feeder → hammer crusher (crushing & shaping) → circular vibrating screens (classification) → finished stockpiles.”
Raw Material Feeding Stage
Limestone and bluestone raw material is loaded into the hopper of the DLZGC1250P vibrating feeder by a loader. The feeder uses vibration force to discharge the material evenly and continuously into the inlet of the hammer crusher, ensuring that the crushing equipment operates at full load with a uniform feed.
Crushing & Shaping Stage
The material enters the XPC1216 hammer crusher, where it is subjected to high-speed rotating hammers that crush and shape the stone in a single pass. The crusher integrates both crushing and shaping functions, directly producing aggregates with good particle shape. Material reaching the required size is discharged through the bottom grate bars.
Screening & Classification Stage
The crushed mixture is conveyed by belt to the vibrating screens for classification. Through the combined operation of one 2YKZ3070 double-deck screen and two 3YKZ2270 triple-deck screens, the material is accurately separated into finished products of various specifications. Material that meets the required specifications is conveyed by belt conveyors to their respective stockpiles. Material that does not meet the specifications is returned via a return conveyor to the hammer crusher for further crushing, forming a closed-loop circuit that ensures consistent product quality.
Environmental Protection & Energy Efficiency
The line features an enclosed design, effectively preventing dust dispersion during production. The simple process flow results in low energy consumption. The entire operation is clean, environmentally friendly, and energy-efficient.

The hammer crusher directly produces aggregates with a good particle shape. The line is equipped with multiple vibrating screens that can classify the output into various specifications of building aggregates, meeting diverse material requirements for different construction applications.
Closed-Loop Process for Consistent Quality
The screening stage returns oversize material back to the crusher for re-processing, creating a closed-loop crushing circuit. This ensures that the final product size and shape are consistent, and no material is wasted in the process.
