Model: 9330 PUR (Natural / Light Amber)

This is a single-component, moisture-curing reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive. It appears as a natural light amber color without added pigments, designed specifically for high-speed automatic edge banding machines. It provides excellent initial tack and forms an irreversible thermoset bond after curing.

4. Application Scope

Substrates: MDF, Particleboard, Plywood, Solid Wood.
Edge Banding Materials: PVC, ABS, Acrylic (PMMA), HPL/CPL, Aluminum profiles, and natural wood veneer.

5. Usage Guidelines

Preheating: Pre-melt the adhesive at 130-140°C until fully liquid and homogeneous.
Application: Apply evenly onto the panel edge via the glue pot of the edge banding machine.
Environment: Relative humidity should be above 40% for optimal curing speed.
Storage: Keep unused adhesive sealed tightly in its original aluminum foil bag to prevent moisture absorption.
