1. Enhanced anti-slip friction

The staggered diamond concave-convex texture forms multi-directional friction points. Compared with flat rubber sheets, it can effectively prevent belt slipping under humid, dusty and muddy working conditions, ensuring synchronous operation between rollers and conveyor belts.

Rainwater, sludge and fine mineral powder can be automatically discharged during roller rotation, preventing material caking on the roller surface. Meanwhile, it avoids uneven stress caused by accumulated materials leading to belt deviation.
