For a resized version, HPScard will review the available internal space, pop-up height and sensor position before confirming the final dimensions. The card can also be developed around an existing packaging specification supplied by the buyer.

CONTENT

Electronic Function Configuration
The card’s operating sequence can be configured according to the buyer’s product plan. For this version, opening the card starts the music and illuminates the candle. Airflow detected by the blow sensor then turns off the LED and activates the second sound.
The sensor, speaker and battery must be positioned without affecting the pop-up movement. Before sampling, HPScard reviews the required music length, LED behavior, activation method and audio transition. 1.Can we supply our own music for the card?
Yes. Please provide the audio file and required playback length. Buyers should ensure they have permission to use any copyrighted music supplied for production.
2.Can the blow sensor be adjusted during sampling?
The sensor position and response can be reviewed during sample development. Final performance depends on the card structure, component layout and required blowing distance.
3.Can several artworks be combined in one order?
Mixed designs need to be evaluated individually. Designs may be easier to combine when they share the same size, structure, electronic program and packaging, but the standard MOQ remains 500 pieces per design.
4.What packaging is suitable for wholesale distribution?
An envelope with an individual bag is the standard option. Paper sleeves, barcode labels or individual boxes can be added according to the sales channel and protection requirements.
5.What should we provide for a quotation?
