Process Flow:
Large stone blocks are fed into the PCZ2125 Heavy Hammer Crushers via the ZGC2560 Vibrating Feeders for primary crushing. The crushed material is conveyed to a transfer bin, from which the ZG800 feeders deliver it to the first-stage vibrating screens.
The screened material is then sent to the PC1622 Shaping Crushers for secondary crushing. The re-crushed material is conveyed to the next vibrating screens, which separate 20-30mm and 10-20mm finished aggregates. Material larger than 10-20mm is returned for re-crushing.
Material smaller than 10-20mm is conveyed to another set of screens, which separate 4.75-10mm finished aggregates. Material smaller than 4.75mm is conveyed to a sand-making transfer bin, where ZG800 feeders deliver it to the ZSJ1218 Dual-Rotor Sand Making & Shaping Machines for processing. The processed material is then sent to a grading screen to separate the final manufactured sand product.
