Product Size
The card size needs to leave enough room for the motor, sound module and moving connection behind the printed layers. If the finished dimensions are changed, we will check the movement range of the character, the position of the car and the internal space before confirming the structure.
The card must also close correctly without pressing the moving part. Its final folded size will be coordinated with the envelope and individual packaging.
Customization Options
The current dog and vintage car scene can be redesigned around another character, animal or birthday theme. A cat, bear, dancing person or other suitable element may replace the dog, provided that the selected part has enough space to move clearly without touching the surrounding paper layers.
LOGO customization includes the brand name, product code or distributor information printed on the card back, envelope or packaging. CONTENT covers the birthday wording, inside message, language, sound file and playback length. DESIGN includes the character, vehicle, background, colors and the part that moves.
Customers may provide completed AI or print-ready PDF artwork. Reference images, sketches and a basic concept can also be used when a new structure needs to be developed. Paper material, printing finish, envelope, barcode label and individual packaging can be coordinated with the buyer’s product range.
Shaking Motion and Sound
A small motor inside the card drives the selected character through a connecting part. In this design, the dog moves while the car remains in position, making the animation clear and keeping the main scene stable. The speed and movement range are checked during sampling so the effect looks lively without becoming too strong.
The sound and shaking motion can start together when the card is opened. Customers may provide their own audio or select a suitable birthday melody. The playback length, volume and movement duration should be confirmed before the sample is made because they affect the electronic module and battery requirements.
Product Development and Testing
A shaking card needs both the paper structure and electronic mechanism to work together. During development, the position of the motor is planned behind the printed layers so it remains hidden and does not affect the appearance of the card. The moving part is then tested repeatedly to check its range, balance and connection strength.
After assembly, the card is opened to test the sound, motor response and movement of the character. The printed layers are also checked to make sure the moving dog does not touch the car or background. This functional test is especially important for bulk orders because a small difference in the connecting position may affect the final motion.
Packaging Options
Standard packing is one card with one matching envelope in an OPP bag. Printed envelopes, paper sleeves, barcode labels, warning labels and individual gift boxes are also available.
Because this design contains a motor and raised paper elements, the packaging should prevent the card from being bent or pressed during transport. The final carton quantity and protective packing method will be confirmed after the card size, module and individual packaging are approved.

Yes. Another animal, person or suitable decorative element can be used. We will check the size, weight and connection point before confirming the movement.
2. Can we provide our own music?
Yes. Please provide the audio file and required playback length. Customers should confirm that they have permission to use any copyrighted audio supplied for production.
3. Can the card include shaking motion without music?
Yes. A motion-only version can be developed if sound is not required. The module and pricing will be confirmed according to the final function.
4. Can lights be added to the card?
Yes. Motion, sound and LED lights may be combined, subject to the available internal space and the requirements of the artwork.
5. Can we adjust the shaking speed?
The movement effect can be reviewed during sampling. The available speed and range depend on the motor, character size and card structure.
6. What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design.
