Birthday Blooms Music and Lights Pop-Up Card opens into a colorful bouquet filled with layered flowers, butterflies and an upright “Happy Birthday” message. Pink, yellow, blue and purple flowers stand out against the soft watercolor background, giving the design a bright but balanced look. The 90-degree structure keeps the bouquet upright, allowing the card to remain open as a decorative birthday display.Music and lights are built into the paper structure. When the card is activated, the melody plays while small lights illuminate selected areas of the design. The effect adds interest without taking attention away from the flowers. This birthday pop up card with light combines a familiar floral theme with electronic features that are easy for customers to understand and enjoy.
The design works well for birthday collections aimed at women, flower lovers and customers looking for something more decorative than a standard musical card. The flowers, birthday message, music and lighting positions can all be adjusted for private-label and custom product ranges.

Product Size
The finished size will be confirmed according to the height of the bouquet, electronic module, envelope and packaging. If the dimensions are changed, we will check whether there is enough internal space for the speaker, battery, wiring and lights. The flower layers also need to fold inside the card without pressing against the electronic parts.
Customization Options
The existing bouquet can be changed to roses, lilies, tulips, wildflowers or another floral theme. The background, butterflies, colors and “Happy Birthday” wording can also be redesigned to match a particular collection.
For LOGO customization, a brand name, product code or distributor information may be printed on the card back, envelope or packaging. CONTENT options include the printed greeting, language, melody and audio length. Under DESIGN, the flowers, color palette, lighting positions and overall artwork can be adjusted.
Customers may provide finished AI or PDF artwork, sketches or reference images. We will check how the proposed design works with the 90-degree structure and electronic parts. Paper, envelope color, surface finish, barcode label and individual packaging can also be customized.
The standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design. Samples normally take 7–10 working days after the artwork and specifications are confirmed. Additional time may be required if a new electronic program or special lighting sequence needs to be developed.
Music Lights and Paper Structure
The flower layers are arranged at different depths around the central support. This creates a full bouquet appearance while still allowing the card to fold flat. The speaker, battery, wiring and lights are positioned around the paper mechanism so they do not block the opening movement.
The music may start when the card is opened or after a button is pressed, depending on the selected module. Customers can provide their own audio file or choose an available birthday melody. The audio length, light color and activation method should be confirmed before sampling.
The light positions also need to follow the artwork. For example, lights may be placed behind selected flowers, around the birthday lettering or in other areas where they remain visible after assembly. The final positions will be confirmed after checking the paper layers and available internal space.
Factory Advantages
Before producing the printed sample, our paper engineer checks the bouquet using a physical white mock-up. The flower spacing, fold lines and standing balance are adjusted by hand. For this design, the test also confirms that the electronic module has enough room inside the card and does not interfere with the flowers.
During production, the flower parts are die-cut, folded and assembled according to the approved sample. After the electronic module is installed, each finished card is checked for music playback, lighting performance and correct activation. The card must also open smoothly, stand properly and fold back into the correct position.
FAQ
1. Can we use our own birthday music?
Yes. Please provide the audio file and required playback length. Customers are responsible for confirming that they have the right to use any copyrighted audio supplied for production.
2. Can the flowers and colors be changed?
Yes. The bouquet, background, butterflies and color palette can be redesigned. If the new flower arrangement is very different, the paper structure may also need to be adjusted.
3. Where can the lights be placed?
The lights may be positioned behind flowers, around the birthday message or in other suitable areas. The final positions depend on the artwork and internal paper layers.
4. How is the music activated?
Opening activation and button activation are both available. The required method will be confirmed before the electronic module is prepared.
5. Can several designs use the same music module?
Yes, if they use the same audio, playback time and activation method. Each design still needs to be checked separately because its internal paper structure may be different.
6. What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design.
7. How long do sampling and production take?
Sampling normally takes 7–10 days. Bulk production generally takes 30–35 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation.
