Side Press Shearing Mode:

Push the material to be processed to the scissor position, then switch the selector to the side press shearing position, and press the automatic button. The equipment will start to run automatically (adjust the front cutting length on the touch screen, generally 300~600 in length). The sequence of actions is: the press material descends to press the material and reaches the lowest press position (adjustable on the touch screen), the side press cylinder advances to compress and shape the material until reaching the set pressure, the scissors descend to cut the material to the lowest position, the side press cylinder returns to the rear limit (both must be detected simultaneously), the scissors return to the standby position, the press material returns to the standby position, the feeding advances to push the material to the set length, then repeat the above actions. When the feed reaches the front limit of the material box, the cutting action is completed, the feeding push rod retreats to the rear limit, and the entire cutting process ends and stops.
