Complete Production Line Configuration

A PVC raw material mixer is used to mix PVC resin powder and plasticizer into a paste, then color powder is added. This is the first step in the production of PVC drip-molded products: raw material preparation.

A PVC liquid vacuum mixer removes air bubbles from the liquid plastisol to prevent pinholes and other defects in the finished product.

Jinyu Machinery's fully automatic PVC dispensing machine precisely micro-injects liquid PVC into brass/aluminum CNC molds. It features 8, 12, or 18 color stations with precision servo drive (XYZ axes). It also includes an anti-drip pneumatic valve.

The heating and curing oven bakes the liquid PVC plastisol, curing each layer of gel at temperatures of 150°C and 280°C respectively. It uses radiant heating and offers multi-zone temperature control. Jinyu Machinery's dual-station oven with a cooling platform uses circulating water to rapidly cool the molds, achieving quick demolding and clear color boundaries. It features a water-cooled aluminum plate with rapid circulation.

PVC molding machine, specially designed for molding PVC 3D dolls and figurines. Two molds are filled with PVC plastic (molded plastic solution) representing the two halves of the doll's design. The molding machine uses hot pressing to form the shape, followed by cold pressing to set the final product.

A multi-head dispensing machine is equipped with multiple nozzles and needles that dispense glue simultaneously.

It works perfectly with PVC resin and liquid silicone.
