The sealing process is accomplished by two types of silicone sealants: Silicone Structural Sealant, with its high-strength adhesion, bears the long-term load between the glass and the aluminum frame, and after curing, it forms an elastomer that can buffer against temperature-induced deformation; Neutral Silicone Weather-resistant Sealant, with its neutral curing properties, avoids corrosion of the metal, and its excellent UV resistance and weather resistance form a durable sealing barrier at the edges of doors and windows. These four materials work together in a closed-loop system of "molecular sieve moisture absorption - aluminum strip air conduction - structural adhesive load bearing - weather-resistant adhesive seepage prevention," enabling the insulated glass to achieve over 30 years of long-term energy saving and safe use.
