Its adsorption efficiency is 30% higher than traditional desiccants, maintaining the humidity inside the glass cavity below 0.5% for extended periods, completely eliminating condensation and coating corrosion, providing an "invisible dry shield" for the insulated glass.

The Aluminum Spacer Bar, serving as the structural framework, is made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy through continuous extrusion molding, with anodized surface treatment forming a dense oxide film, achieving corrosion resistance meeting the national standard GB/T 5237.5. Its double-row microporous design precisely fills the molecular sieve, maintaining stable glass spacing while creating a dry gas circulation channel, ensuring uniform moisture adsorption.

The sealing process employs a dual-adhesive synergy solution: Silicone Structural Sealant is used in factory production, which is mixed and cured with a precise 10:1 ratio, achieving a tensile strength of 1.8MPa and withstanding 50 years of wind pressure deformation; on-site construction uses One-component Silicone Structural Sealant, which requires no mixing and forms an elastic sealing layer after moisture curing, exhibiting excellent weather resistance and remaining flexible even with temperature differences ranging from -40℃ to 150℃.
